Specialty Connect Consulting was founded by Odette Johnson, a seasoned business development leader with a proven track-record in specialty pharmacy. 

With experience spanning pharmacy operations, vendor negotiations and national program development, Odette has partnered with pharmaceutical manufacturers, infusion partners, and healthcare organizations to launch and scale specialty initiatives in oncology, immunology, neurology,  rare disease and more. She has led multi-million dollar vendor transitions, built Centre's of Excellence for several therapeutic areas- developing pharmacy-led programs that enhance both the patient experience and market access

Odette's career began as a Pharmacy Technician, where she developed a deep appreciation for the  precision, compliance and patient connection that define front-line care. Her early experience in sterile compounding, infusion therapy and PSP management provide a dual perspective- combining hands on operational insight with a strategic understanding of program deployment. This foundation fuels her distinctive approach to consulting, where she integrates clinical, commercial and operational expertise to build sustainable specialty pharmacy models.
